Summary: Full-day training sessions for young people and staff to make school councils smart, and READY for ACTION!

More info: We have a range of one-day sessions to stop school councils being boring and tokenistic. These sessions help young people set up sustainable school councils that are exciting, active and that lead on change.

Our training helps schools to:

Understand what they are doing well and what they can improve
Get more students involved!
Make it fun!
Develop a clear action plan for success
Raise aspirations for what they can achieve
Project management skills
Leadership skills
Meeting skills

Our training also supports the adults that work with young people to facilitate better student voice.

Length: Full day sessions. We can work the timings around the school day to minimise disruption.
