Cancelling training or speaking engagaments
If you need to cancel training or a speaking engagement and do it up to 24 hours before we won’t charge you. We will ask that you refund any expenses we have incurred in good faith though (e.g. non-refundable train tickets, hotel bookings, purchase of materials, etc.).
