involver deliver training fun, creative training that helps young people develop as active citizens.
We are experts in providing training for:
- School councils
- Student voice groups
- Student leadership
‘as a result of this training, I’m going to revolutionise the way councils in the school are run’ – Asst Head, secondary school
Our training challenges tokenism in schools, and helps young people set up sustainable structures that are active and can lead on change. Importantly, we also train the adults that work with young people (usually teachers and Local Authority staff) to help them facilitate this.
We work in a range of settings – primary schools, secondary schools, special schools, Pupil Referral Units and colleges. We can train groups of schools too.
‘The training has inspired the students, and council meetings have improved significantly. The council’s profile is improving too’ -School Council Coordinator, secondary school, Buckinghamshire
